Description: An Orthopedic Spine Surgeon diagnoses, treats, and surgically manages conditions of the spine, including injuries, deformities, and degenerative diseases. They perform procedures like spinal fusion, discectomy, and laminectomy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. They also provide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and recommend rehabilitation programs.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
4 to 7 years’ internship and residency training, specializing in orthopedic surgery.
Valid and active medical license in the state you wish to practice.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
Wonderful bedside manner.
Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.
