Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist cum Admin to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations: Welcome visitors and provide a warm and professional greeting. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate staff members. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Notify relevant staff members of appointments and ensure the availability of necessary resources.

Customer Service: Assist visitors, clients, and employees with inquiries and provide accurate information. Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents. Prepare and distribute internal memos, emails, and correspondence. Assist in data entry and record keeping.

Office Supply Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Place orders for office supplies and equipment when necessary. Ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.

Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment. Coordinate with courier services as needed.

Travel and Logistics Coordination: Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation. Coordinate logistics for business meetings and events, such as booking venues and arranging catering services.

Database Maintenance: Update and maintain various databases, contact lists, and employee directories. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Administrative Projects: Assist in special projects, such as organizing company events, preparing presentations, and conducting research. Collaborate with other team members to support organizational initiatives.

Requirements

Managing medical records and keeping information updated
