- Description of Duties/Essential Functions
Under general direction, maintains inventory of office forms; prepares form orders for shipment to other points; checks each shipment received for correct quantity and acceptable quality; allocates storage space and bins; maintains clerical records of transactions; prepares requisitions; reorders forms; eliminates stock of obsolete forms hand.
