- An optical technician, also known as an ophthalmic laboratory technician, makes eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical device lenses. They work with prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists to ensure that lenses are curved correctly and refract light to allow for optimal vision. Optical technicians may work in an optometrists office or in a medical equipment laboratory
- Requirements
- Optical technician with sales experience who can do glass fitting and also do sales work on counter, required for for an Optical center. Person having experience in optical side will be preferred.
