Description
• Answering telephone calls and forwarding to the concerned person.
• Arranging courier to collect documents and receiving of document and forwarding to personnel in charge.
• Fax Log and Forwarding them to Concerned personal. Acknowledge receipt of enquiries thru email and fax.
• Assisting visitors to concerned personnel.
• Requesting driver’s to collect and submit documents such as letters, quotations etc.
• Updating and staff activity log.
• Scanning of Documents needed for sending
• Sending of request for passes via email as requested by personnel in charge.
• Assisting sales support officer for preparing quotations and correspondences.
• Preparing quotations and updating Enquiry Logs.
• Filing of files, quotations and tenders.
• Printing documents to be signed for approval.
• Scanning document and saving on public folders for reference.
• Supporting the General Manager’s Office and other departments.
• Registering to events and conventions.
• Request stationeries and other office supplies to Purchase Department.
• Arranging and organizing office supplies.
• Performing any assign task from time to time
