Your responsibilities will include performing laboratory tests, interpreting test results, and consulting with medical staff on patient diagnoses. You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and staying updated with the latest advancements in pathology. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests on tissues, cells, and bodily fluids.
Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses.
Consult with medical staff on patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in pathology.
Prepare detailed reports on test findings.

Requirements: Experience using lab testing equipment, such as microscopes and flow cytometers.
Working knowledge of medical data management software, including MEDITECH Anatomical Pathology, PATHLOGIX, and ASPYRA CyberLAB.
Exceptional analytical and research skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
