A Pharmacy Assistant is a healthcare professional who works under the supervision of a pharmacist to support the smooth functioning of a pharmacy. They are responsible for processing and preparing prescriptions, assisting patients in person and over the phone, cashier duties, preparation of pill packs, ordering and inventory management, and assisting the Pharmacists with daily operations of the Pharmacy. They also perform clerical tasks and paperwork in the pharmacy.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
Proven experience assisting in a pharmacy.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Trustworthy.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
