Description
Greeting visitors: Welcoming clients and visitors to the office and determining their needs
Answering phones: Answering phone calls and screening them to determine the nature of the request
Managing mail: Sorting and sending mail, and managing email correspondence
Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Maintaining calendars: Updating calendars and arranging appointments
Taking messages: Taking and delivering messages
Preparing documents: Preparing and collating reports, correspondence, agendas, minutes, state reports, and bulletins
Maintaining office supplies: Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Ensuring cleanliness: Ensuring the office is clean
Assisting with security: Assisting in maintaining security
Managing finances: Managing finances
Requirements
Active and Dynamic individual who can work individually or as part of a group. Knowledge of using Social Media is required.
