- Actively seek out customers in the shop and provide them with assistance in product selection and purchase.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat buying from us.
- Achieve sales targets and goals by effectively promoting products and closing sales.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall shop objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about sales promotions and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
