- The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, conducting testing, analyzing data, maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, and training laboratory personnel. Their duties include:
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Managing laboratory staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
Maintaining up-to-date SOP and Procedure Manuals

- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively supervise and motivate laboratory staff.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing laboratory tests and procedures.
In-depth knowledge of laboratory regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
Proficient in laboratory information systems and other relevant software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
